- I am a physician leader in oncology with expertise in informatics. I am Past President of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), a professional society of over 45,000 oncologists from more than 100 countries. My current position is Physician-in-Chief of the Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute which cares for a third of the population in Connecticut and Clinical Member of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. My involvement in medical informatics includes public policy, implementation of data architecture systems, interoperability of digital health and data science. I serve as Associate Editor of JCO Clinical Cancer Informatics and on the Board of Governors of ASCO CancerLinQ. I have been elected three times to serve on the Epic Systems Adult Oncology Steering Board.
