Dr. Peter Neligan is a retired Plastic Surgeon. He is Professor Emeritus of the University of Washington. He is former chair of the Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of Toronto. He received his medical degree from the University of Dublin Trinity College in 1975. He is the editor of numerous textbooks in Plastic Surgery. He lives with his wife Gabrielle in Phoenix, Arizona and Toronto
