  • Dr. Grant received his medical degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine and received his residency training at Ohio State University, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He has been in private practice for 38 years and currently limits his practice to Electrodiagnostic Medical Consultations.
    Dr. Grant is a Past President of the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM) and past Chairman of the American Board of EDX Medicine (ABEM). He has served on many committees of the AANEM and has been on the AANEM Board of Directors. He has been the Secretary/Treasurer of the AANEM; was the founding Chairman of the EDX Laboratory Accreditation Committee; and has served for a number of years on the Professional Practice Committee and on the Marketing Committee. He is currently on the Finance and Executive Committees, and is the Oregon State Liaison for the AANEM. Dr. Grant is an Advocacy Advisor for the AANEM. Dr. Grant’s EDX laboratory was the first accredited laboratory in Oregon.
    Dr. Grant is an Assistant Professor at the Ohio State University department of PM&R.
    Dr. Grant is 40 year member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (AAPM&R) and has served on numerous committees within this organization. He is a Founding Board member of the Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports, and Occupational Rehabilitation (PASSOR). He is board certified by the ABPM&R and the ABEM.
    Dr. Grant has lectured extensively in the area of fraudulent and abusive EDX practices and how to identify and combat them. He is a consultant for the F.B.I. and the O.I.G. regarding EDX fraud & abuse. He has made visits to Capitol Hill to meet with legislators and law enforcement agencies regarding the scope of and potential solutions to EDX fraud and abuse. He also has expertise in medical practice management and especially in developing and maintaining a successful EDX Medicine practice.
