Evans, MD, PhD, is the Vice-Chair, Integrated Surgical Institute, Division Chairr, Orthopaedic Surgery, Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy, and the Medical Director, Digital Health, Cleveland Clinic Florida Region. He left Johns Hopkins University and joined the Cleveland Clinic in 2001 and narrowed his practice to only upper extremity and peripheral nerve surgery. He has been the Director of the Cleveland Combined Hand Fellowship from 2004-2022 and was a core Faculty for the Cleveland Clinic Shoulder and Elbow Fellowship. He was the Director of the Upper Extremity Center from 2007-2017. Dr. Evans has authored over 120 publications and book chapters and has made over 300 presentations at national and international conferences.
