- I am a board-certified gastroenterologist who practices general gastroenterology, including inflammatory bowel disease, functional bowel disorders, and small bowel disease. I perform colonoscopies, endoscopies, and small bowel double-balloon enteroscopies. I also manage liver diseases, such as hepatitis B and cirrhosis, and perform paracenteses.
I lead the gastroenterology E-referral group at Kaiser Permanente, San Diego and have developed several regional educational resources for primary care providers to help facilitate management of common GI disorders.
