• Paula S. Malhotra, M.D., is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in comprehensive medical and cosmetic skin care. Dr. Malhotra is a kind and compassionate team member at SKN Institute, serving the western suburbs of Chicago conveniently located in Elmhurst, Illinois.
  
  Dr. Malhotra obtained her medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She then completed her rigorous internship and residency at the University of Louisville where she served as chief resident of dermatology in 2008. Dr. Malhotra was on faculty and practiced cosmetic and medical dermatology at Northwestern Medicine from 2012-2022 where she was named Chicago Top Doctor in 2021-2022. 
  
  Because she is passionate about personalized care for patients of all ages, Dr. Malhotra encourages an honest dialogue with patients so that they can have the information needed on the latest treatments, access to the most state-of-the-art technologies, and develops a comprehensive treatment plan to help achieve a long-term skin care plan to restore glowing and natural skin. She places a strong emphasis on patient education and mapping a comprehensive treatment plan suitable for each individual patient. Dr. Malhotra specializes in injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra, Kybella, PRP and laser procedures for red blood vessels, brown spots, and laser resurfacing.
  
  Now a native of the western suburbs, Dr. Malhotra is proud to bring her experience and expertise to her new neighborhood. Dr. Malhotras lifelong professional goal was to be able to join a practice that centers on wellness of skin from inside out. At SKN Institute we will finally be able to integrate a holistic approach to skin care and anti-aging. When Dr. Malhotra is not at work she loves to travel, work out, play tennis and read. She also loves to spend time with her two young boys and her husband, her third child!
