Dr. Paul Wilkie of Akron General Orthopaedics is a dedicated Orthopaedic Surgeon who sees the debilitating effects of arthritis on a daily basis.

Dr. Wilkie is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery as well as fellowship trained in Orthopaedic Adult Reconstruction. He earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, followed by a residency at Akron General Medical Center and his fellowship at Allegheny General Medical Center, Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Wilkie is a fellow of both the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons as well as the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is also an active member of other various professional organizations. He volunteers his time serving on the board of the Arthritis Foundation in Northeast Ohio.
