Summary
- I am a geriatric psychiatrist in Nashville, TN and am Professor of Psychiatry, Pharmacology, and Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and hold the Jim Turner Chair in Cognitive Disorders at Vanderbilt University. I direct the Vanderbilt Center for Cognitive Medicine and am the Clinical Core Director for the Vanderbilt Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (ADRC). My research focus is on developing novel treatments for Alzheimer's disease and in understanding the increased risk for Alzheimer's disease in women and adults with Down syndrome.
