  Statement of Practice Philosophy
  
  Dr. Paul R. Gittens is a board certified urologist and is the director of Centers for Sexual Medicine. He is a master microsurgeon, and specializes in the field of male and female sexual dysfunction, pain with intercourse and pelvic floor dysfunction.
  
  When caring for women he treats all forms of sexual dysfunction, which include: low sexual desire, lack of orgasms, hormone replacement and problems associated with menopause. For his male patients’ he specializes in erectile dysfunction, the placement of penile implants, Peyronie’s disease, premature ejaculation, and penile rehabilitation after radical prostatectomy and radiation therapy.
