He is Chief Emeritus of the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery at White Plains Hospital, and is currently the Director of Hand Surgery at White Plains Physician Associates.
Dr. Fragner has served as a Clinical Instructor in Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation at Yale University School of Medicine and as a medical consultant to the New York Rangers hockey team.
Dr. Fragner and his team treat adults and children for any disorder or injury involving the hand, wrist or elbow, both surgically and non-surgically. Dr. Fragner has been practicing hand surgery in Westchester County for over 25 years.
