He specializes in arthroscopic and minimally invasive joint preservation surgery of the shoulder, hip, and knee, complex shoulder reconstruction and replacements, and sports medicine. As a member of the International Society for Hip Arthroscopy (ISHA), Dr. Chin is world renown for his excellence in hip arthroscopic surgery and minimally invasive hip preservation.
He has extensive experience in cartilage restoration procedures and joint replacements for arthritis including robotic-assisted partial knee, total knee, and total hip replacements. Dr. Chin's research in shoulder replacements has been published in the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery Reviews, and has been presented at the prestigious American Shoulder and Elbow Society meeting.
