Dr. Parker A Duncan Diaz is a family physician at the Lombardi campus of Santa Rosa Community Health in Santa Rosa, CA and is affiliated with Santa Rosa Sutter Hospital. He received his medical degree from University of California, Irvine, School of Medicine, where he was part of the inaugural class of PRIME-LC, a dual-degree program with enhanced training to work with underserved Latino populations. He is bilingual in Spanish, and has worked at an FQHC since graduating residency. He specializes in broad spectrum primary care, including womens health and non-surgical obstetrics. He has 1 publication. He is also faculty at the FQHC's Family Nurse Practitioner Residency.
In his spare time, he advocates for a publicly-funded universal healthcare system; takes an occasional trail run; and enjoys a local IPA any moment he gets. He is married and has 2 young adult sons.
