- I am a triple board certified psychiatrist. I am certified by boards of Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, and Integrative and Holistic Medicine. I am also a certified psychotherapist and a meditation trainer. I have extensive experience in nursing home geriatric psychiatry, addiction psychiatry, consultation and liaison psychiatry, psychiatry research, as well as general adult outpatient psychiatry. I am interested in mindfulness, meditation and inter-phase of psychiatry and spirituality. With my extensive training in psychiatry, psychopharamacology, psychotherapy, and spirituality, I try to address maximum components of human mind and body that can contribute to mental illnesses and try to attend long lasting balanced wellbeing in each case.
