- I am a pharmacist with over 20 years of leadership experience, including managing health and wellness operations for 325+ locations covering 8 states. I also lead corporate quality improvement programs for a major retailer to include the development and launch of their new incident reporting system, just culture platform, field pharmacy clinical service manager program, and clinical service programs (including immunization administration). I also developed their national ASHP accredited technician program from ground up in 6 months, receiving the maximum 6 year accreditation. I currently own my own pharmacy consulting firm, focusing on leadership, team efficiency, and operational consulting. I also work as a program manager for TRC Healthcare, focusing efforts on their flagship product line, as well as consulting and launching new training programs for pharmacists.
