- Pamela J. Okada, M.D., M.B.A, M.S, FAAP, FACEP., is the Interim Division Chief of the Children’s Health Dallas Emergency Department and a Professor of Pediatrics at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She also serves as the President of the Dallas Medical Staff and Medical Executive Committee. Medical Director of Patient Experience, and Co-Site Primary Investigator for the Pediatric Emergency Care Applied Research Network (PECARN). She is board-certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, American College of Emergency Physicians, and Society for Pediatric Research. Her research interests include areas in pediatric neurologic emergencies and neurologic outcomes.
