Summary
- I am currently a fourth year medical student at Emory School of Medicine. After graduating from Georgia Institute of Technology, I spent a year as an ORISE Fellow conducting research in the tobacco branch at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
My interest in Ophthalmology derives from its comprehensive combination of continuity of care, procedures, and motivational interviewing with patients about common co-morbid conditions. I hope to continue exploring this field and to learn about differences in institutional teaching as well as various patient experiences to further challenge my understanding of the clinical management of ocular pathologies and those that are affected.
