• Noel Figueroa, MD, is a psychiatrist in Oviedo, FL, specializing in general and forensic psychiatry. He completed his medical education at Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine in 1989 in Puerto Rico and an internal medicine internship at St Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. He then pursued a residency in psychiatry at North Shore University Hospital, now Northwell at Manhasset, NY, from 1990 to 1993. He was a lieutenant commander on active duty with the United States Navy from 1993 to 1996.
