Summary

• I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), such as Crohn's disease and Ulcerative colitis; microscopic colitis; and Celiac disease.
  
  My areas of interest include dysplasia screening in Ulcerative colitis with chromoendoscopy, dilation of strictures as a result of Crohn’s disease, management of complicated peri-anal disease in Crohn’s disease, refractory pouchitis, and use of nutrition as an adjunct to treatment in IBD.
  
  I have a special interest in IBD and pregnancy, including pre-pregnancy counseling in women with active and well-controlled IBD. I work closely with the high-risk obstetrician during a patient’s pregnancy and peri-partum time period as well as with the pediatrician for babies born to women with IBD.
