- I am a board certified Physiatrist fellowship trained in interventional spine and sports medicine. My targeted subspecialty is musculoskeletal ultrasounds and fluoro guided procedures in the peripheral joints. Fluoroscopic suprascapular, femoral-obturator, and genicular nerve blocks and intraarticular injections. Diagnostic ultrasounds and interventional guided procedures for the upper and lower extremities including the small joints of wrist and hand;
Additional services Botox for spasticity and migraines, tendon lavage for, calcific tendonosis, hydrodistension for adhesive capsulitis, Xiaflex injections for Dupuytren’s contracture myofascial trigger point injections and select peripheral nerve blocks.
My clinical experience is quite diverse ranging from inpatient and subacute rehabilitation settings to outpatient, sports and musculoskeletal medicine, pain management and interventional spine.
My clinical passion is sports and orthopedic medicine primarily with an interest in supporting a non narcotic and interventional driven pain management program. Primarily with diagnostic ultrasound & both US and fluoroscopy guided procedures.
