- I am a Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Provider at Fairview Health System in Minnesota. I have been involved in MTM program over the last 22 years. I completed a doctorate of pharmacy at University of Nebraska Medical Center and a pharmacy practice residency at Duke University Medical Center. I am Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. Additionally, I serves as a student and resident preceptor for the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. I was named University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy Residency Preceptor of the Year for 2011-2012. I enjoy helping patients with their medications to ensure they are indicated, effective, safe, and convenient to take.
