- A native of Radford, Virginia, Dr. Tarasidis graduated from the University of Richmond and the Medical College of Virginia. He completed his Internship and Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Tarasidis is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Tarasidis is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, the Medical Society of Virginia, the American Medical Association, Richmond Academy of Medicine and the Virginia Society of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. He served on the Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology and the Board of Childhood Speech, Language and Hearing Center. He is also a member and past president of Richmond Eye and ENT Society.
Dr. Tarasidis is married and has 3 sons. His oldest son George just joined Virginia ENT in August! He spends a lot of his spare time working at his hobby farm in Buckingham County.
