Summary

I am the co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Scriptulate, a company that enables smarter and safer prescribing. As physicians, we spend a significant amount of time on the administrative burdens associated with prescribing a controlled substance. We try our best to balance treating patients appropriately and the regulatory demands. In the midst of the opioid crisis, many physicians are reluctant to prescribe opioid analgesic medications and are referring patients to specialists. We do not have the proper tools to effectively and efficiently prescribe controlled substances and Scriptulate provides this platform.
