• Dr. Neela Patel is a Geriatrics specialist based in San Antonio, Texas, with sub-specialties in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Dementia. Her education includes a Family Medicine residency and a Geriatric Medicine fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Joe and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine, and her medical degree from the Kempegowda Institute of Medical Science.
