Dr. Nargiz Muganlinskaya is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and Program Director for an Internal Medicine residency program in Annapolis, MD. She earned her Doctor of Medicine, Diploma Cum Laude, from the Azerbaijan State Medical Institute in 2001 and completed her Internal Medicine residency at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center. Additionally, she holds an MBA in Healthcare from George Washington University.

With a strong foundation in academic medicine, clinical reasoning, and medical education, Dr. Muganlinskaya is a dedicated leader in graduate medical education. She is actively involved in curriculum development, focusing on enhancing bedside clinical skills, physical examination techniques, and diagnostic reasoning. Her expertise extends to research, quality improvement, and optimizing residency training structures, with a particular interest in team-based care models and patient safety.

In addition to her academic and leadership roles, Dr. Muganlinskaya remains clinically active in both inpatient and ambulatory settings.
