Dr. Naresh Punjabi is a pulmonologist based in Miami, FL, with subspecialties in critical care and sleep medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Johns Hopkins University, following his medical degree from the University of Chicago's Pritzker School of Medicine. He currently serves as the Division Chief of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine and is the Mary Jane and Lino Sertel Professor at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Punjabi is experienced in sleep medicine, general pulmonary medicine, and critical care. His research has been published in several esteemed journals, with particular focus on sleep-disordered breathing, glucose metabolism, and cardiovascular outcomes. He has also led several clinical trials and received recognition with the CMS Meaningful Use Stage 1 Certification.
