As a clinical pathologist and blood banker, I manage the direct blood banking process, from collection and testing to storing and distributing blood products. I oversee allogeneic and autologous hematopoietic stem cell collection and immune effector cell collection (Lymphocytes for CAR-T cell manufacturing), ensuring the safety and efficiency of these procedures. I collaborate with medical teams to provide critical support for patient care through accurate clinical laboratory management.
