Summary
- Longtime Texas resident and sole founder of North Tarrant Surgical, I am driven by a personal desire to see that my patients receive the best in surgical consultation and comprehensive care. My roots start with a personal commitment to do the right thing, which extends to all aspects of my practice and personal life.
Graduating from UTA with a degree in Biology, I set out to continue my studies and work toward the goal of opening my professional practice. Following the advanced medical studies at UT Southwestern in Dallas and an intense five-year surgical residency at UT Southwestern and Parkland Hospital, I felt very prepared to open my practice.
Since that time, I have served in several leadership roles including Chief of Surgery at Harris Methodist Fort Worth as well as Chief of Staff at Texas Health Alliance. My current north Fort Worth practice is strategically anchored in the medical district of the thriving Alliance area. We offer a variety of surgical procedures that span a broad range of cases, with a great interest and focus in minimally invasive robotic surgery.
Over the past 15 years, my relationship with my patients is “familiar and fun with a dose of honesty,” and I feel perfectly placed, doing exactly what I know I was meant to do professionally.
I am married and the father of two daughters. Sharing quality time with my family, traveling to culturally diverse and often remote destinations is how I like spending my leisure time. I am also sports enthusiast. I enjoy soccer, football and outdoor activities, including snow skiing and anything that challenges and recharges the senses.
I love what I do, and I can’t imagine doing anything else.
