- Dr. Khreiss received his MD from the American University of Beirut in 2003, which was followed by a General Surgery training in his home country of Lebanon. In his strive for excellence, Dr. Khreiss completed a second General Surgery training at the University of Arizona. After Tucson, he moved to Pittsburgh where he completed two fellowships at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. The first was in Surgical Oncology and the second in Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery. He is board certified in Surgical Oncology in addition to General Surgery. He is also certified by the Americas Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association. His advanced training in the field of minimally invasive surgery allows him to perform advanced complex cancer surgeries through the use of robotic platform and small incisions.
Dr. Khreiss specializes in the treatment of patients with cancer of the pancreas, liver, biliary system and stomach. The goal being to provide up to date, multidisciplinary, comprehensive care to patients with cancer.
