Employed by MultiCare Health System at then, MultiCare Regional Cancer Center (MRCC); Tacoma General Hospital (TG) since May 18, 1998; seeing patients at TG Medical Oncology/Hematology Sub-specialty Clinic five days per week (Monday through Friday) and in-patient consultation in Med Onc/Hematology subspecialty field at regional community hospitals including Allenmore, GSH, and AMC Hospitals with about 65-70 patients seen per week in earlier years. Holding a Clinical Faculty position at University of Washington (UW), School of Medicine, Department of Medicine, Division of Medical Oncology since December 1, 2010.

Working in Taiwan at National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH) in Taipei as Clinical Investigator at the NTUH-Taiwan NIH Cancer Research Ward in 1996-1998, Taipei Veterans General Hospital (VGH) Dept of Medicine as Attending Physician in Medical Oncology in 1996; Taipei Sun Yet-Sen Cancer Center in 1995; Taichung Veterans General Hospital Attending Physician in Hematology, Dept of Medicine in 1991-1994.
