Michelle Rountree APRN, FNP
Michelle is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a special interest in Functional Medicine. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in nursing and a Master of Science-Family Nurse Practitioner from the prestigious Chamberlain University. She enjoys working with patients to improve their quality of life. Michelle believes in preventative medicine and getting to know her patients. She has come to enjoy medicine through years of experience in internal medicine, emergency medicine, public health and urgent care. She frequently travels to Central America, Micronesia and Palau to provide medical services in those regions. As well, she volunteers her time with Remote Area Medical in the USA providing free health care to regions with great health disparity.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys backpacking, hiking, gardening and her family. She loves adventure travel and will hike the Long Trail in Vermont 2023.
