Summary

  • Since 2020, I am an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. I received my undergraduate degree in biology from MIT, and then received a combined MD and PhD from Harvard Medical School under the Medical Scientist Training Program. Afterward, I completed internship training at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Clara, followed by residency training in radiation oncology at Stanford, before joining the faculty at UCLA.

Clinically, I am comprehensively trained to treat all cancer types and all sites of disease, with particular interests in advanced radiation techniques, including intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT), and cutting-edge adaptive radiation technologies. My research interests are focused in registry-based studies, comparative effectiveness, healthcare outcomes, and quality of life. I have a special interest in community-based practice and outreach. My foremost priority is delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a dynamic landscape of advancing medical science and technology.
