He founded and is the medical director of Maze Health and of Maze Labs, which performs sophisticated semen analyses, and does autologous and designated donor sperm banking. Maze Labs is also the only lab in the country doing Extended Sperm Search and Microfreeze (ESSM) which finds and freezes sperm in the semen of about 40% of azoospermic, and close to 90% of cryptospermic men.
