  -Knowledge of issues relating to adulterated, substituted and invalid specimens and possible medical causes.
  -"Procedures for Transportation Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs" including applicable agency rules.
  -Medical standards as it relates to commercial drivers, pilots, merchant mariners and other safety-sensitive workers covered under various Federal agencies.
