Summary

• I am a highly skilled community based breast surgeon and also highly experienced with mentoring new general surgeons.
  I am able and presently do all aspects of breast care: initial assessment, image guided biopsies, oncoplastic resections, nipple sparing mastectomies with augmentation based breast reconstruction.
  I am creative and believe in using disruptive technology and new solutions to treat old problems: call coverage and specialty coverage in a community hospital.
  New general surgeons thrive with appropriate mentoring- without it they are hamstrung. I have guided our surgical practice of 5 surgeons maintaining RVU's between 42,000 and 48,000 despite a high turnover rate of surgeons because they leave once their visa requirements are met.
  I am board certified through 2028 and expect to practice until then.
