Dr. Michael Pickart is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon based in Ventura, CA. He specializes in aesthetic plastic surgery. Dr. Pickart graduated from Stanford University in 1993 and the University of California, San Francisco, School of Medicine in 1997.
