- I have been the first author of 34 published papers or presentations, and coauthor of several more. I have also published 3 books all dealing with nutrition, lipid disorders and cardiovascular risk factors modifications.
I was awarded the first prize for one of my published works and a second prize fro another by the American Journal of Gastroenterology.For my contributions as a Governor of the American College of Gastroenterology for two terms and a member of several ACG committees I recieved the ACG's Outstanding Service Award
