• I have done enough and now just on the work some and play hard schedule . We have moved to the hills west of Cheyenne, it is the best to offer 30 minutes west of cheyenne. Great hiking and mountain biking within 30 minutes. The ponderosa is on the north east side of granite lake and adjacent to Curtis Goody state Park. Life is great,good health and great family all here with me. Have maxed out the opportunity here and we have had the solo practice where all work and doing our real estate investing and rentals. We do rent out a couple units at our residence on the lake in Cheyenne and a 4 bedroom place in Estes park near the Rocky Mountain National Park. The family all live at the ponderosa where we use the 2 three bedroom units a loft and Zacs 2 bedroom units. Spent all summer moving and a good workout as we took our time as houses for sale.
