  • Dr. Michael Margolin was honored as Physician Of The Year by the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America's NJ chapter in 2010. He is a board certified diplomate in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Margolin is on staff at Garden State Endoscopy & Surgery Center, and Trinitas Hospital. He served as Chief of Gastroenterology at the former Union Hospital. He has been honored as a Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology, and of the American College of Physicians.

    Dr. Margolin was graduated from New York University Medical School. He performed both his Medical Residency and Gastroenterology Fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, where he studied under the inventor of modern colonoscopy. Dr. Margolin has published articles in medical journals on colon cancer, liver disease, ulcerative colitis, and Crohn's disease and has lectured at national conferences on Crohn's disease. He serves on the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation New Jersey Chapter Medical Advisory Committee.
