Summary
- Dr. Rao completed a combined Doctor of Medicine (MD) as well as a Masters of Public Health (MPH) at the University of Miami as a member of the inaugural class in an innovative integrated program. He subsequently pursued a Residency in General Surgery where he excelled in minimally invasive surgery. He completed his training at an ABCRS accredited Colon and Rectal Fellowship at the OhioHealth Grant Medical Center. After starting a private practice in Hawaii he returned to Columbus, Ohio to join the OhioHealth Colon and Rectal Surgery practice and fellowship faculty.
