• Michael Krinsky, MD, is a neurologist based in Bloomfield, CT. He completed his medical education at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1974, followed by a residency in internal medicine at St. Luke's Hospital and neurology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, both in New York City . His published works include several articles in Connecticut Medicine and Conn Med, focusing on topics such as medical innovation and healthcare responsibilities. He was interim editor of Connecticut Medicine, the journal of the state medical society. He was president of the staff of the Hebrew Home and Hospital in Hartford, the state's first geriatric hospital. Among his many leadership roles he served as the Medical Director and Neurology Consultant of the Easter Seals Center in Hartford. His service to organized medicine included both his presidency of the Hartford County Medical Association and the presidency of the Connecticut State Medical Society.
