Summary

I am a highly-motivated, driven individual who fully believes that no matter what I am doing, it is my obligation to give it my all. As a Christian, I aim to give God first place in all I do, knowing that it is He who guides our paths. I am married and have 3 wonderful children, and as a husband and father, I strive to love and provide for my family to the best of my ability. I thoroughly enjoy my work as a pediatrician and derive a great amount of passion and joy from educating future physicians. As a clinical leader I believe that no matter how excellent the care is we provide, there is always room to grow and learn; thus I seek to inspire my colleagues to continuously improve. And despite hierarchies and organizational structures that may exist, I see each member of the team as critical to the success of what we do and strive to provide validation and support at all levels.
