- I am currently Assistant Medical Director with JenCare Neighborhood Medical Centers in Louisville, KY. JenCare highlights a capitation model of care that allows greater access to primary MDs for those in the community with multiple, complex medical problems, in order to decrease hospital bed days and thus improve quality of life.
