Dr. Michael Fischer, MD is an Internal Medicine specialist based in East Hartford, CT. He earned his BS from Brown University in 1978 and completed his medical degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine in 1983. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at The MetroHealth System/Case Western Reserve University from 1983-1986 and later gained an MPH in Public Health Leadership from UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health between 2010 and 2016.
