- I currently am an Adjunct Professor of Medicine at Kansas Health Science Center teaching (via on-line) Culinary Medicine. I am based at The University of Montana with dual faculty appointments in The College of Health And Missoula College Culinary Arts Program. In addition to the Introduction to Culinary Medicine Course, I am working with the University to develop a Culinary Medicine degree program as well as on-line micro-credential tracks as well.
