Summary
- I am board-certified in child and adolescent psychiatry and in psychiatry. I practice exclusively as an inpatient psychiatrist on the adolescent unit at the Erie County Medical Center through UBMD Psychiatry. I also work as a covering adult psychiatrist at ECMC.
I am a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the State University of New York at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine where I am responsible for educating child psychiatry fellows, general psychiatry residents, and medical students in their clinical rotation on the adolescent unit. I co-lead the UB Department of Psychiatry Film Series at ECMC and use film to teach general psychiatry residents about complex personality pathology. I also lead seminars and small groups for child psychiatry fellows, psychiatry residents, and medical students related to positive psychology in journal writing and navigating the hierarchy of medicine.
