- Michael Ansstas, MD, is a board-certified Gastroenterology specialist. Dr. Ansstas earned his medical degree from Tishreen University School of Medicine in Lattakia, Syria. He then went on to complete his allegy and immunology fellow ship at SLU and general gastroenterology fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis and advanced endoscopic fellowship at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, which is one of the highest-ranked Gastroenterology programs in the nation. Patients can visit Dr. Ansstas' practice for general gastroenterological care.
