Dr. Melissa Johnson is a general surgeon in Sioux Falls, SD and is affiliated with Sanford USD Medical Center and Sioux Falls Veterans Affairs Health Care System. She received her medical degree from Sanford School of Medicine of the University of South Dakota in 2001, and completed a residency in General Surgery at Rush University Medical Center and Cook County Hospital in Chicago in 2006. She has been in practice 13 years. She is experienced in broad spectrum general surgery, including endocrine, breast, gastrointestinal, skin/soft tissue, hernias, and endoscopy.
