- Dr. Elkurd is a board-certified neurologist with additional fellowship training in movement disorders. Dr. Elkurd specializes in movement disorders, and is director of the Movement Disorders Center at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, a part of Baylor Scott & White Health. He has strong interests in Parkinson disease, tremors, dystonia, and other movement disorders. Dr. Elkurd has published numerous peer-reviewed papers in the area of movement disorders, is involved in education of medical students and residents and is involved in numerous professional organizations locally, nationally and internationally.
