The Neuromuscular Polyneuropathy Clinic and Autonomic Laboratory where he works serves many patients with different forms of polyneuropathies and related conditions. Dr. Lowden provides ongoing care for patients with a variety of neuromuscular disorders and performs skin biopsies for evaluation of nerve fiber density to aid diagnosis of small fiber neuropathy, autonomic testing battery and electrodiagnostic studies (nerve conduction studies and electromyography, or EMG).
