- Dr Matt McDiarmid initially became passionate about cardiology early on in life due to his own family’s struggle with cardiovascular disease. His empathy has been a key attribute for his patients, as he is always looking to provide the best care available. He has spoken on behalf of and advocated for his patients on a national level, including at Capitol Hill. His clinical interests include coronary artery disease, aortic aneurysm and dissection, peripheral arterial disease including critical limb ischemia, and valvular heart disease.
